Gavō Vishvasya Mātarah

A Living Tradition of Gau Seva and Spiritual Harmony.

The cows are considered the mothers of total universe. Without cows we can not assume our Indian culture. Sanātana dharma considers the cows are second mother of human beings. According to Vedas and Puranas all the divinities are residing in the body of cow. The humanbeings are dependent on cow products. In vedic age the prosperity was measured based on number of cows one is having. The rich people are called as Gomantas. It is said where ever cows are living Lord Sri Krishna will be present in that place.

Without Pancha gavyas (Five products of cow) no rituals are conducted in Sanātana Dharma. Kshīra (Milk), Dhadhi (Curds), Ghrita (Ghee),Gomūtra ( cow urine) and Gomaya (cowdung) are the five gavyas or Amritas (nector). For the removal of sins we take Pancha gavyam. Even for the Abhishekam to gods Pancha gavyas are important. Ayurveda recommends the pancha gavyas for good health.
